Their keep fill service is flawless, in 8yrs of doing business with this organization - never a single problem. Very courteous service from the office and their delivery personnel, very price conscientious which helps everyone. I fill up my small tanks and my RV at their plant in Elko and I, and my wife, feel very welcome at their place of business. Their business manner is what could be used as an example of the way customer service should be done - I know, I used to teach that as a subject.

My family and I definitely recommend Western States Propane! I have never had any problems with them. The only time I needed something fixed they came out to my house in less than 30 minutes and had the problem solved!

We had a extra line installed to run our fire pit and BBQ. Western states team was very good and quick. Price was alot lower than I expected. I have already recommend to anther person.

Never have to worry about running out of propane they always know when to fill our home tank up. Friendly service when we fill our BBQ and RV tanks at the shop!
